My water heater stopped working.
I phoned long before 8 AM and was answered immediately by a lady on her way to work.
She said she would phone as soon as she arrived at work.
She did and told me someone would come before 11 AM
Not only did they appear before that ,but, my water heater was removed and the new one installed before 11 AM.
It works perfectly, better than the old one.
Only one plumber did it all - no muss no fuss!
